Card: Muchas Gracias

I was quite inspired by the many beautiful designs on the Magenta Style blog, but before I could order some of their stamps, I found these at Michael's. They are from Inkadinkado, and it's the set called Meadow.
I did the background by stamping on a piece of craft foam directly with the three pads of distress ink - I used Spicy Marmalade, Broken China and Worn Lipstick. I stamped on with the piece of foam and then sprayed the card with lots of water to blend the layers. I let it dry and then stamped off with Forest Moss and then stamped on with black Hero Hues dye ink the flowers, butterflies and sentiment. I outlined the whole thing with my black Gelly Roll 06 pen. I then put brads from American Crafts on three areas, glued the whole thing onto a layer of paper closely matching the Spicy Marmalade ink, and adorned the butterflies with various colours of Gelly Roll pens, and splashed the whole thing with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Primrose and Teal.
Thank you for looking. Have a wonderful weekend.
